Política de entrega:
Nos esforzamos por entregar nuestras películas destacadas de menos de 5 minutos en un plazo de dos semanas, y nuestras películas destacadas/destacadas/documentales completas en un plazo de cuatro semanas, a contar desde la fecha del evento. El cliente reconoce que este plazo está supeditado a la realización de la lista de comprobación de preproducción completa, proporcionada por nuestra empresa. Si no se completa la lista de comprobación de preproducción, puede producirse un retraso en la entrega del producto final.
Complementos:
Videógrafo adicional: Mejore su cobertura con un camarógrafo adicional. El precio varía entre 350 y 550 dólares según el paquete.
Horas adicionales de cobertura: Amplíe el tiempo de captura de su evento con horas adicionales por $150 por hora.
Operaciones personalizadas con drones: Eleve su video con impresionantes tomas aéreas por $400.
Transmisión en vivo (próximamente): Manténgase atento a la emocionante adición de servicios de transmisión en vivo para compartir su evento en tiempo real.
Cancelación por causas de fuerza mayor o situaciones fuera de nuestro control:
En el desafortunado caso de una cancelación debido a actos de Dios, tales como tormentas, desastres naturales, enfermedades imprevistas, accidentes, o cualquier otra circunstancia fuera de nuestro control, todo el dinero pagado por el cliente será reembolsado. Para las bodas reservadas durante la temporada de huracanes, el cliente se compromete a hacer esfuerzos razonables para reprogramar el evento y mantener informada a nuestra compañía de filmación. Si una fecha mutuamente aceptable para la reprogramación no está disponible, un reembolso completo de todos los pagos realizados se emitirá al cliente.
Pricing Variation:
Please be advised that prices may vary based on the specific services requested by the client. Any additional or specialized services beyond the standard packages offered may incur additional charges. We will provide clear communication and agreement on pricing before proceeding with any additional services. At Sun Kissed Films, we strive to provide transparent pricing for all our videography packages. However, it's important to note that the final cost of your chosen package may vary based on a few factors. One of these factors includes the addition of extra services or unique requirements that might arise during the planning process. These could be tailored editing requests, additional shooting locations, or extended hours of coverage to capture all your special moments. We understand that every event is unique, and we're dedicated to accommodating your individual needs to create a truly personalized videography experience.
Special Conditions and Expenses:
Our commitment to delivering exceptional videography extends beyond the camera lens. Sometimes, special conditions may arise that could impact the final cost of your selected package. This could encompass foreseeable or unforeseeable expenses associated with your event. For instance, if your event requires us to travel to a distant location, travel expenses such as transportation, accommodation, and meals might apply. Similarly, if the venue has specific requirements or incurs parking fees, these costs might be factored into the overall pricing. Rest assured, any such additional expenses will be discussed and agreed upon with you well in advance, ensuring transparency and no surprises.
Footage Selection and Release:
The client understands that the footage shared with them will only include clips that are deemed artistically acceptable for release by our company. We reserve the right to exercise professional judgment in the selection of footage to be included in the final product, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to our artistic standards.
Raw Footage Delivery:
When added tp a package, raw footage will be provided to the client after undergoing transcoding to an H.264 format. This transcoding process ensures that the client can view the footage with a closer representation of colors. It is important to note that during the recording of the event, we may capture footage in BT.2020 color space, which is a color standard that may not be accurately represented when viewed on regular monitors and devices. The delivered raw footage may also feature a log curve, resulting in a flatter appearance with less contrast.
Liability Insurance and Safety Standards:
As a responsible and professional film company, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients and crew. We carry comprehensive liability insurance coverage to provide an added layer of protection in the unlikely event of any unforeseen incidents. Our commitment to safety extends to adhering to strict safety standards throughout the filming process, ensuring a secure environment for everyone involved. You can have peace of mind knowing that we take every precaution to create a safe and enjoyable experience while capturing your special moments.
Guest Cooperation and Filming Etiquette:
We kindly request the cooperation of all guests in maintaining a smooth and uninterrupted filming process. While we strive to capture every significant moment of your event, we cannot be held liable for any footage that may be missed or obstructed due to guests interfering or impeding the filming process. Therefore, we kindly ask our clients to inform their guests to refrain from obstructing the view or interfering with the professional filming team. We recommend suggesting to guests that they fully immerse themselves at the moment and refrain from recording on their phones, allowing our team to capture the event seamlessly. By ensuring a respectful and considerate environment, we can create the best possible outcome for your wedding film.
Equipment Malfunction and Refund Policy:
We strive to provide reliable and top-quality equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted filming coverage of your event. However, in the unlikely event of equipment malfunction, we are open to discussing a prorated refund based on the percentage of activity lost. It is important to note that our multi-camera setup is designed to safeguard against content loss by having multiple cameras actively capturing the event. In scenarios where one camera fails during a specific segment, coverage will not be compromised as the other cameras will bridge the gap. Therefore, no refund will be considered in such situations. However, if multiple equipment malfunctions occur, resulting in a significant portion of the content being lost, a potential refund of the percentage lost can be discussed in good faith. We are committed to finding a fair resolution and ensuring your satisfaction with our services.

En el caso de entregas internacionales de discos duros que contengan material en bruto, pueden aplicarse impuestos o derechos de aduana adicionales. El cliente reconoce y acepta ser responsable de cualquier impuesto o tasa adicional que imponga el país receptor. Dado que estas tasas y normativas pueden variar y están fuera de nuestro control, el cliente entiende que es responsable de cumplir cualquier normativa aduanera pertinente y de cubrir cualquier coste adicional asociado a las entregas internacionales.
